Kirkland Funeral To Be Tuesday
Funeral services for Joseph Holiday Kirkland, 39, will be conducted Tuesday at 11 AM at Thompson funeral home and burial will be at the Kirkland family cemetery at Blaney.
He had lived here for the past 25 years but was formerly of Blaney. He operated a filing station at 2116 Main street and attended the Baptist church.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Iva Mae Kirkland; two daughters, Miss Ruby Jo Kirkland and Miss Ruth Elaine Kirkland, all of Columbia; one brother, E. M. Kirkland of Macon, Ga.; four sisters, Mrs. W. L. Gulley of Raleigh, N. C., Mrs. Lenora K. Aaron and Mrs. Roger Rutland, both of Columbia, and Mrs. A. T. Lybrand of Cayce and his mother, Mrs. J. L. Kirkland of Columbia.

J. H. Kirkland Dies; Funeral Services Tuesday.
Joseph Holiday Kirkland, 39, of 900 Sycamore Avenue, Eau Claire, died at 2:45 Sunday afternoon at the Columbia hospital after an illness of one day.
He had lived here for the past 25 years but was formerly of Blaney. He operated a filing station at 2116 Main street and attended the Baptist church.
