Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. tomorrow in Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church, conducted by the Reverend Mendel Stalvey and the Reverend Wiley Evans. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Maner, Gene Jordan, Dean Jordan, Anthony Moak, Steve Moak and Carroll Brown.

The casket is at the residence.

Born in Kershaw county, he was a son of the late Elmore Brown and Hattie Ross Brown. He was a retired farmer. Mr. Brown was first married to the late Mrs. Lura Heath Brown.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Carrie Hath Brown; four daughters, Mrs. Christine Maner, Mrs. Juanita Jordan and Mrs. Opal Moore of Lugoff and Mrs. Clemmie Moak of Elgin; two sons, Ledford Brown of Lugoff, and LeRoy Brown of Elgin; a brother, Howell Brown of Elgin; a foster sons, Thomas Brown of Occola, Fla; a stepdaughter; Mrs. Martha Davis of Niceville, Fla.; a stepson, J. T. Heath of Niceville, Fla.

Born in Kershaw county, he was a son of the late Elmore Brown and Hattie Ross Brown. He was a retired farmer. Mr. Brown was first married to the late Mrs. Lura Heath Brown.
