ELGIN – Funeral services for Deacon Roosevelt “Teddy Boy” Blanding will be held Friday 2:00 p.m. (viewing 1:00 p.m.) at Oak Grove Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church’s cemetery. Visitation will be held this evening beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Leevy’s Funeral Home, Taylor Street Chapel.
