Obituary of Ricky Kent Cashatt

Ricky Kent Cashatt, 60, of Camden, passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2022. Born in Camden on July 13, 1962, he was the son of the late Mott Lindsay Cashatt and Joyce Rabon Cashatt Moore. Ricky was the Director of Manufacturing for Mobi Medical in Columbia, SC. He loved his job and was a hard worker and dedicated partner. Ricky loved music and was a skilled guitar player. He enjoyed hunting, working on his Mustang, and riding his motorcycle. Above all, Ricky loved his family, especially his children and grandchildren.

Ricky is survived by his children, Lauren C. Ngo (Quoc), Leigh C. Sternenberg, Erick Kent Cashatt, Erin Cashatt, and Ashli Cashatt; his grandchildren, Mason Sternenberg, Braylin Sternenberg, and Blakely Sternenberg; siblings, Gayle C. Holcomb (Wayne), Clifford Cashatt (Pam), Renee C. Steding (Chuck), Carolyn C. Pera (John), and Janice Cashatt; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Ricky was preceded in death by his sister, Phyllis Cashatt.

The family will receive friends from 12-1pm on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. A graveside service will follow in Springvale Baptist Church Cemetery, Lugoff, beginning at 1:30pm.
