Fort Mill, August 15 – Capt. F. M. Mack, public schools superintendent, has annouced that the fall term will begin Tuesday. September 3. Following the faculty selected by the board of trustees:
First grade: Miss Minnie Garison of Fort Mill, Miss Doris Cook of Fort Mill and Miss Elizabeth Thomas of Columbia.
Second grade: Miss Zelma Phillips of Fort Mill, Miss Bertha Kelly of Pelzer and Miss Nell Bowen of Abbeville.
Third grade: Miss Mary Dunlap of Rock Hill and Miss Sarah Stevenson of Chesterfield.
Fourth grade: Miss Kathleen Armstrong of Fort Mill and Miss Elise Hook of Irmo.
Fifth grade: Miss Sara Brissie of Hodges and Miss Vilinda Hamilton of Fort Mill.
Sixth grade: Miss Ada Perrin of Abbeville and Stephen Riggs of Fort Mill.
Seventh grade: Miss Ruby Maddox of Blaney, L. E. Carolthers of Fort Mill, principal of the grammar school.
High school: Alfred Jones, Fort Mill, science: Miss Lana Parks of Fort Mill, English: Miss Esther Boyd of Cornwell, mathematics: Miss Dovie Counts of Laurens, commercial department: Miss Sarah Dunlap of Rock Hill, home economics: Miss Katherine Zeigler of St. George, Latin and French; M. B. Brissie of Hodges, vocational agriculture.
Miss Lucy Delleney of Rion is principal of the River View school and will be assisted by Miss Annelle Turner of Winnsboro, teaching the primary grades.
Captain Mack has set Monday, September 2, as the date for enrollment of pupils not carried on the rolls last years, and a faculty meeting has been called for Wednesday afternoon. September 4.
