Service for Eunice Stockman Dowey, 83, will be held at 4 p.m. Monday at Harmony Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel.
Mrs. Dowey, wife of the late Jay Dealous Dowey, died Saturday, Aug. 12, 1995. Born in Kershaw County, she was a daughter of the late Ira Clinton and Edna Paschal Stockman. She was retired from Forget-Me-Not Florist. She was member of Jackson Creek Baptist Church and Woodman of the World.
Surviving are a son, Kenneth Dowey of Columbia; daughters, Naomi Coustos, Lois Geiger and Connie Zink, all of Columbia, Eula Rollins of Greenback, Tenn., and Jeanette Arant of Lexington; brothers, Clinton Stockman, J. P. Clinton Stockman, Bill Stockman, and John Stockman, all of Elgin; 14 granchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
