Funeral services for Mrs. Louisa Cole, 94, who died Monday at her home in Dawkins were to be conducted Tuesday afternoon at Free Cemetery at Dawkins, by the Rev. T. J. Reid, pastor of Monticello Methodist Church.

Mrs. Cole, widow of N. L. Cole, was born near Dawkins. She was a member of the Monticello Methodist church.

Surviving are one son, D. R. Cole, Dawkins, one daughter, Mrs. Frances Summer, Pomaria, one sister, Mrs. Cornelia Ross, Blaney, four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were to be O. F. Summer, T. A. Ladd, J. B. Goodlet and C. B. Smith.

Funeral Rites Today Near Dawkin for Aged Woman.

Mrs. Louisa Cole, 94, died at 4 o’clock yesterday morning at her residence near Dawkins after and illness of several months.

Her death came unexpectedly even though she was confined to bed up until her last illness. Despite her age she was very active and was able to attend to her household duties until her health would not permit.

Mrs. Cole, widow of the late N. L. Cole who died 63 years ago, was born near the place where her home was located and she spent most of her life in the community in which she died. She was a devoted member of Monticello Methodist church and leaves many friends who will regret to learn of her death.

She is survived by one son, D. R. Cole, Dawkins, one daughter, Mrs. Frances Summer, Pomaria, one sister, Mrs. Cornelia Ross, Blaney, four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3 o’clock this afternoon from the graveside in Free Cemetery near her home by the Rev. T. J. Reid, pastor of Monticello Methodist church.

Pallbearers will be O. F. Summer, T. A. Ladd, J. B. Goodlet and C. B. Smith.
