ELGIN –Paul Irvin Blevins, 56, passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2022. Born in Columbia, SC, he was the son of the late Herbert Blevins and Pauline Dorn Blevins.

Paul was a loving brother and uncle who never met a stranger. He was a member of Blaney Baptist Church in Elgin. He enjoyed fishing and had also competed in the Special Olympics.

Surviving are his siblings, Ronney Blevins (Debbie), Marvin Blevins (Tina), and Ardie Blevins (Marlene); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to his parents, Paul was predeceased by his infant brother and sister, Herbert Blevins, Jr. and Carolyn Blevins.
