Lugoff- Shirley Mildred Milligan, 88, passed away on August 16, 2023. Born in Cincinnati, OH, she was the daughter of the late Henry Schoemer and Bertha Steidle. Mrs. Milligan was the former secretary and treasurer of the Cam Band Club from 1974-1977. She enjoyed bird watching, cross-stitch and gardening.

    Surviving are her husband, Roy Jack Milligan; daughter, Vicki Lynn Branham of Rock Hill; son, Guy William Gaither (Elizabeth) of OH; step-son, Kenneth W. Milligan (Denise) of Somerset, KY; step-daughter, Rena Faye Lyons of Somerset, KY; 7 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Bill Heil.
