It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Josephine Robinson on August 10, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. She now rests in eternal peace, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and cherished memories. 

Josephine was born on May 14, 1937, in Milledgeville, Georgia, the thirteenth child of late Henry and Anna Wright. From a young age, she exemplified a spirit of compassion, warmth, and resilience, which would continue to define her character throughout her life.   

Throughout her journey, Josephine touched the lives of countless individuals with her unwavering love and support. She was a pillar of strength and a source of inspiration for her family and friends. Her wisdom, gentle guidance, and unconditional love will forever be treasured by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Family was at the core of Josephine’s heart. She devoted herself wholeheartedly to her husband James Robinson for 50 years, as well as to her five children, thirteen grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren, creating a nurturing and loving environment that will be remembered for generations to come. Her home was always filled with laughter, warmth, and the aroma of delicious homemade meals that brought loved ones together.

In addition to her dedication to family, Josephine was passionate about sewing, baking, and dedicated to Jehovah. Her creative talents and zest for life were evident in every project she undertook, whether it was baking her famous cornbread stuffing, tending to her garden, or volunteering with her local congregation. She embraced life fully, finding joy in the simplest moments.
