Blythewood, South Carolina – Funeral Services for Deaconess Carrie Ethel Bell White will be held 1:00 PM, Monday, September 12, 2022 at Good Aim Baptist Church, Elgin, South Carolina. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Public viewing will be held today from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Bostick-Tompkins Funeral Home, Columbia, SC.
Carrie, daughter of the late Fletcher Bell and Ruby Dean Bell was born March 21, 1941. She was called home to glory on Thursday, September 8, 2022, in Columbia, South Carolina.
Carrie was married to the late Deacon Lindsey White. She was a faithful member of Good Aim Baptist Church and was a special needs bus driver for the public school system.
She leaves to cherish fond and precious memories her loving daughters, Gloria (Ray) Young of Ocala, FL; Debra Phillips of Columbia, SC; and Sylvia (Christopher) Campbell of Ocala, FL; five (5) grandchildren, Nakia R. White (U. S. Army, Florida); Terri N. White of California; Tiffany Shepard of Elgin, SC; Natasha (Shawn) Mack of Florence, SC; and Jeremy (Sandra) Campbell of Jacksonville, FL; six (6) great-grandchildren, Kaman Jeffries, Dominic Campbell, Nicolai Jeffries, Jaxon Mack, Carli Campbell and Aviana Campbell; her loving sister, Carolyn Poston of Lawton, OK; god-son, Mark Roberson of Charlotte, NC; a host of nephews, nieces and other loving relatives and dear friends, all of whom join the family in celebrating her life, as we mourn her passing.
