Elizabeth, wife of the late Maj. Allen Nelson Knox, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024.  Born in Poughkeepsie, NY, she was the daughter of the late Clement Baldwin and Margaret Moran Baldwin. Elizabeth received her bachelor’s degree from Vassar College and her master’s degree from SUNY University. She then began her career as a school librarian. She was an avid reader and enjoyed playing piano and sailing. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving are her children, Janet Knox (Curt Landrum) and Garrett Knox (Valerie Huckabee); grandchildren, Randi Knox Hall (John) and Lydia Knox (James Johnson); great grandchildren, Hayden Knox Hall, Lizzie Hall, and one on the way.
