Life Reflections

Mr. Ronald K. Lenix, son of the late Pauline Nelson Lenix and the late Levy F. Lenix, Sr. was born June 23, 1954, and entered into eternal rest on April 21, 2024, at Prisma Richland Health Hospital.

Ron was affectionately known as “Chief” by many. Though he is no longer physically with us, his loving and kind spirit will forever live in the hearts and lives of all who loved and knew him. He retired from Weylchem Inc. after over 35 years of dedicated service.

Ron was a faithful member of Canty Hill Baptist Church until his health started to decline. He was a member of the Adult and Male Choirs. Ron enjoyed catching and cooking fish for family and church functions.

He was preceded in death by his big brother, Levy F. Lenix Sr.

Ron leaves to cherish his memories: two loving sons, Jeremy (Katie) Lenix of Orlando, FL and Jason Lenix of Camden, SC; one grandson, Jeremy K. Lenix Jr. of Orlando, FL; five sisters, Cynthia Sanders of Camden, SC, Mildred (Eric) Lenix of
Columbia, SC, Bobbie (Douglas) Arthur of Blythewood, SC, Rosa Figueroa of Camden, SC, and Katie Brewington of Belleville, NJ; four nephews, Bryan (Paula) Sanders of Glenn Heights, Texas, Michael Arthur of Myrtle Beach, SC, Kaleb Sanders of Camden, SC, and Matthew Lenix of Arlington, Texas; three nieces, Regina
Sanders of Camden, SC, Angel Sanders of Camden, SC, and Tori Lenix of Atlanta, GA; one aunt, Bobbie Boykins of Ambridge, PA. A loving and dedicated girlfriend Jeannie Romey of Columbia, SC. Special cousins Carolyn and Robert Cannon of
Columbia, SC as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and firends.
