Life Reflections

Mr. Charlie E. Harris, 64, entered into eternal life on April 19, 2024 at home after an extended illness. He was born February 28, 1960, in Lugoff, SC to the late J.D. Harris and Christine B. Harris.

Mr. Harris attended South Carolina public schools. He enjoyed fishing, watching football, and loved his western movies but most of all he enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Those left to cherish his fond memories are his wife, Katie L. Harris; one daughter, Ronya Cathcary of Charlotte, NC; two sons, Ronald Cathcary of Charlotte, NC and Artrail Martin of Winnsboro SC; five grandchildren, Janan, Nathan, Trisha, Samiya, and Geovanni of Charlotte, NC; two great grandchildren; one special brother-in-law, Paul Holmes; six sisters, Betty Harris, Shirley Harris, Virginia Harris, Christine Harris of Camden, SC, Lizzie Murphy of Lugoff, SC, and Loretta (Lindy Kinsler) of Sumter, SC; two brothers, Ted (Tiny) Neal of Elgin, SC, and Earl Neal of Sumter, SC; one special friend Junior Hudson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents Mr. Harris was preceded in death by his brothers James Harris, D.J. Harris, and James Murphy.
