Obituary of Jerry Lee Hand

Ridgeway – Private services for Jerry Lee Hand, 57, will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Mr. Hand, husband of the late Denise Cox Hand, passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2024.  Born in Tallapoosa, Ga., he was the son of Edna Worthy Hand and the late Webster Lee Hand. Jerry was a funny guy who worked hard and loved everybody. Enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting.

Surviving in addition to his mother is his children, PJ Durrence (Sarah), Amber Price (Tara), and Michael Durrence (Amber); grandchildren, Lucy Durrence, Emma Durrence, Angus Durrence, Roxi Price, Jasper Gorny, and Evelyn Durrence; sister, Jean Timms (John).
