Obituary of Joshua Wayne Price

LUGOFF – A celebration of life service for Joshua Wayne Price, 39, will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Apostle Johnathan Douglas, Jr. will officiate. The family will receive friends Friday from 5-7 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home.

    Mr. Price passed away on August 18, 2024. Born in Lexington, he was a son of Marie and Leon Brazell and Wayne Price. Mr. Price served in the U.S. Army completing 2 tours in Afghanistan. Josh was a member of One Church, Camden, S.C. and The Bible Church of God in Cayce, S.C. He enjoyed welding, building things, video gaming, kayaking, fishing, camping, being outdoors and shooting guns.

    Surviving are his wife, Crystal Price; daughter, Zolin Heiligman; step-daughters, Lacey Martin, Emily Martin, Sarah Martin; mother, Marie Price Brazell (Leon); father, Wayne Price; and brothers, Caleb Newman and Patrick Price.
