LIS PENDENS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an action has been or will be commenced in this Court upon complaint of the abovenamed Plaintiff against the above-named Defendant( s) for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage of real estate given by Rosa Mae Stevenson ( hereinafter, “Mortgagor(s)”) to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., its successors and assigns, a certain mortgage dated February 19, 2008 and recorded on February 26, 2008 in Book 1404 at Page 3102, in the Richland County Office of the Register of Deeds (hereinafter, ” Subject Mortgage”). Thereafter, the Mortgage was transferred to the Plaintiff herein by assignment. The premises covered and affected by the said Mortgage and by the foreclosure thereof were, at the time of the making thereof and at the time of the filing of this notice, more particularly described in the said Subject Mortgage and are more commonly described as: All that certain piece, parcel, lot or tract of land, together with the improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the County of Richland, State of South Carolina, being more fully shown and designated as Lot 19, Block G, as shown on a plat prepared by James F. LIS PENDENS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an action has been or will be commenced in this Court upon complaint of the abovenamed Plaintiff against the above-named Defendant( s) for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage of real estate given by Franklin James and Geneva James to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Fidelity Mortgage, a division of Delta Funding Corporation dated June 26, 2006 and recorded on July 12, 2006 in Book 1204 at Page 3954, in the Richland County Registry (hereinafter, “Mortgage”).
