Columbia – Jeremy Lee McCartney, 63, passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at MUSC Health Medical Center Columbia Northeast.  Born in Morgantown, W.V., he was the son of the late Hod and Pearl Foley McCartney. 

Surviving are his wife, Sandra Lyn Preece McCartney; brother, Tim McCartney; sisters, Aretta Ballentine and Melissa Wells McCartney; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be private.
