Obituary of Bill Black

Lugoff – William Cary Black, 45, passed away in the fall of 2018 in Camden, S.C.  Born in Macon, Ga., he was the son of the late William Ronald Black and Janice Lee Welch.  He enjoyed fishing and spending time with friends.

Surviving are his sons, William Lane “Billy” Black of Gadsden, Ala. and Brandon Lee Black of Columbia; brother, Alan Black of Lugoff and Paul Brawley of Pensacola, Fla.; and grandson, Devery Black.  He was predeceased by a brother, Chuck Brawley.
