Obituary of Mary Patricia “Trish” Walters

Lugoff – A service to celebrate the life of Mary Patricia Walters better know as “Trish” will be held on Saturday, February 15^th, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Mrs. Walter passed on Wednesday, February 6, 2025, at MUSC Kershaw Health Medical Center. She was 72 years of age. Born in Des Moines, Iowa, She is the Daughter of the late Otis Randolph Elliott and Loyola Bridgett Elliott.

Surviving are her Husband of 45 years, James Randolph “Bubba” Walters; Son, Christopher Marr and his wife Elizabeth of Columbia; sister Sue Bowers of Tacoma Washington, bothers Thomas Elliott of Lugoff and Kevin Elliott (Nancy) of Elgin and grandchildren Braxton and Coleman Marr.  She was predeceased by a brother, Stephen Elliott.
