Dr. and Mrs. James Frederick Turner of Columbia announce the engagement of their daughter, Meghan Elizabeth Turner, to Henry McCall Swink, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry McCall Swink of Effingham.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Winfield Cundiff of Sunset Beach, NC and Mrs. LaVonne Anson Turner and the late Mr. James Frederick Turner of Marietta, GA.

The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Nevitt Clark of Myrtle Beach and Mrs. Harriet McCall Swink and the late Mr. James Woodrow Swink Sr. of Effingham

The bride-elect is a graduate of Hammond School, received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wofford College, and received a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of South Carolina. She is employed by Palmetto Health Baptist.

The groom-elect is a graduate of South Florence High School and received a Bachelors of Arts in Accounting from Clemson University. He is employed by McCall Farms.

The wedding will be April 24, 2010 at Woodcreek Farms Country Club in Elgin, SC.
