Gray dated August 1, 1991, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Newberry County on August 1, 1991, in Mortgage Book 351, at page 28. 12.This is an action for determination of heirs and action to acquire title to certain real estate in Newberry County, South Carolina, more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, sometimes reference, sometimes referred to herein as the Subject Property, and for the partition of same, such that this Court has jurisdiction over this matter and these parties and venue is appropriate here. 13.The subject property is currently listed on the records of the Newberry County Tax Assessor in the name of Debra J. Gray, et al. 14. This tract is now valued by the Newberry County Tax Assessor at $68,200. 15. This action concerns title to real estate once owned by Heyward Gray and Narvis L. Gray. A chronology of the events which have led to the current state of affairs follows, all true to the best of Plaintiff’s knowledge, and verified by cemetery records, obituaries, and records of the Newberry County Probate Court, Newberry County Clerk of Court, and Newberry County Tax Assessor. Unless otherwise indicated, no record of the transfer of ownership of real estate was recorded in the office of the Clerk of Court for Newberry County. CHRONOLOGY 15. By deed dated January 25, 1971, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Newberry County in Deed Book 104, at page 96, Heyward Gray and Narvis L. Gray were conveyed the subject Property. 16. The deed conveying the Subject Property to Heyward Gray and Narvis L. Gray contained survivorship provisions, Jeffrey A. Mast and Jennifer G.
