CAMDEN, S. C., March 14. – De Kalb Council No. 88, Junior Order United American Mechanics, will hold interesting exercises at Blaney Sunday afternoon when the order will formally present a Bible and flag to the high school of that place.

The program will begin at 3:30 o’clock and will be featured by the appearance of State Councilor H. B. Langley of Columbia, as the principal speaker.

All members of the local unit have been requested by Councilor, D. J. Creed to meet at the organization’s headquarters in this city at 2:30 o’clock Sunday afternoon, to perfect plans for traveling in a body to Blaney.
