RADIOLOGY, LLC Notice is hereby given that MARTIN RADIOLOGY, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company, (the “Company”), is being dissolved voluntarily by resolution of the sole Member and that Articles of Termination have been filed with the Secretary of State of South Carolina, pursuant to Section 33-44- 801 et seq., of the South Carolina Code of Laws. A claim against the Company is barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after the publication of this notice.
