An inquest into the death Sunday of Irene Helson, 40-year-old Blaney Negro, will be held at 7:30 p. m. tonight in the Richland Courthouse.

She was killed instantly as she stood on a median on the 1400 block of Harden Street and was struck by an automobile.

Being held pending the findings of the inquest jury is Kenley Crumpton, driver of the car that struck her and another pedestrian. Bertha Harris, who is a patient al Columbia Hospital.
