Low bids on a new list of state highway projects totaled $10.5 million Wednesday.

“The State Highway Commission will consider the bids at a Thursday meeting.

Involved are 230 miles of road construction, 220 miles of highway repaving, two truck weighing stations, and five bridges or overpasses.
