LUGOFF – A funeral service for Ruby Pauline Osborne, 73, will be held Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 11:00 am at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The Rev. Scott Dinkins will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10-11 a.m. at the funeral home.

    Mrs. Osborne, wife of the late Bence Richard Osborne, passed away on Monday, April 28, 2025. Born in Greensburg, KY, she was a daughter of the late Curtis and Ellen Noe. Mrs. Osborne enjoyed seek and find word puzzles.

    Surviving are her daughter, Valerie Smart of Lugoff; son, Stephen Vance (Lindsay) of Chapin; brothers, Charles Lesley Noe of Somerset, KY; a sister, Dorothy Scott of Summerville, KY; 6 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her siblings, Aluria Romines, Sophia Noe, Winfred Lee Noe and an infant brother.
