2025 All-Area Girls Golf Team
Merritt Barbrey , AC Flora: Senior had a 74 scoring average for 18 holes and was medalist at The Blade Invitational. Barbery was Region 4-4A Player of the Year, tied for fifth at the 4A state championship and selected to play in the North-South All-Star golf matches.
Kinley Brazell , Hammond: Brazell has a 38.75 scoring average for nine holes and finished eighth at the SCISA girls golf state tournament.
Stella Burch , Camden: Freshman had a 39.9 scoring average for nine holes and finished third in the 4A Upper State golf tournament.
Caroline Hawkins , Blythewood: Senior won the Class 5A Division I state championship and became the first girls golfer in state history to win four individual championships. Hawkins averaged 70.8 for 18 holes, was Region 5-5A Golfer of Year, selected for North-South golf matches and is committed to play at Clemson.
Charli Heaton , River Bluff : Sophomore had a 75.8 scoring average for 18 holes with eight top-10 finishes, including a fifth-place showing at the Class 5A Division I state championship.
Lyles Herritage , Lexington: Sophomore had a 38.2 scoring average for nine holes, had seven top-10 finishes and was sixth for the state champion Wildcats at the Class 5A Division I championship.
Minghe Huang , River Bluff : Freshman had a 75.6 scoring average, was Region 4-5A Player of the year and finished fourth in the Class 5A Division I state tournament.
Claire Kim , Lexington: Junior had a 39.2 scoring average for nine holes with nine top-10 finishes, including tying for ninth for the state champion Wildcats at the Class 5A Division I championship.
Adysen Langdale, Gilbert: Junior had a 79 scoring average and finished seventh at Class 4A state golf tournament.
Kylie Smith , Gray Collegiate: Junior had a 75.7 scoring average, was Region 4-4A Player of the Year, medalist at Lancer Invitational and finished sixth at 4A girls golf state championship.
Taryn Smoak , Lexington: Senior had a 38.5 nine-hole scoring average in helping the Wildcats to the 5A Division I state championship. Smoak was 5A Division I Lower State champion, medalist at Gamecock Invitational, selected to play in North-South girls golf matches and committed to The Citadel to play golf.
Brady Wolfe , Heathwood Hall: Sixth grader had a 38.4 nine-hole scoring average, was SCISA 1-4A Player of Year and finished fifth at SCISA girls golf state championship.
