Notice is hereby given that Zacour Enterprises LLC dba The Big EZ Liquor Store intends to apply to the South Carolina Department of Revenue for a license/permit that will allow the sale and OFF premises consumption of Liquor and Wine, at 10508 Two Notch Rd.
