Three adults and one juvenile from the Lugoff-Elgin area have been arrested following an arson investigation into suspicious wildfires. Law enforcement agents with the S.C. Forestry Commission made the arrests. The juvenile is a member of the Blaney fire station’s Explorer youth program, a SCFC release said.
