MRS. JESSE COOPER

Funeral Services for Mrs. Mary Sutton Cooper, 82, widow of Jesse Cooper, were to be held this afternoon at 4 p.m. from the Spear’s Creek Baptist Church. She died yesterday afternoon at the Columbia hospital after a long illness.

She had lived in the Pontiac community for the past 30 years, making her home there with Mrs. Laura Jacobs for three years. For the past year she had been a patient at the Columbia hospital.

Surviving is one sister, Mrs. Peake, of Winnsboro.

Pallbearers were to be A. L. Jacobs, Earl J. Jacobs, Curtis L. Jacobs, I. J. Jacobs, G. W. Delk, and R. T. Medlin.
