ELGIN – Funeral services for Marvin Donald Campbell, 74, will be held Friday, November 25, 2005, at 2:00 p.m. at Blaney Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Bill Maddox and Rev. E.C. Watson will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 23, 2005, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Kornegay Funeral Home, Lugoff Elgin Chapel.

Mr. Campbell died Monday, November 21, 2005. Born in Elgin, he was the son of the late Thomas B. Campbell and Oza Lee Ross Campbell. He had retired from the DuPont Company and was a member of Blaney Baptist Church. Mr. Campbell was a U.S. Air Force veteran.

Surviving are his wife, Wilma Motley Campbell; children, Cheryl Walton and Donald Campbell; three grandchildren; three sisters and one brother. He was predeceased by seven brothers and sisters.
