Funeral services for Dorothy Elizabeth Cliatt, will be held at 12:00 PM on Thursday, September 8, 2022,  at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, 1112 Fair Street, Camden, SC 29020.  Kenny Owens and Terry Clark will officiate.  Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 11:00 – 12:00, 1 hour prior to the service at Kornegay Funeral Home.  Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org.

Dorothy, daughter of the late James Eden Cliatt, Sr. and Anita Smith Cliatt, died on Sunday, September 4, 2022.  

Dorothy is survived by her daughters, DS Davis of Lugoff, SC, Karen J. Asmann (Mark) of Camden, and Andie Miller of Lugoff; grandchildren, Kaylyn J. Truesdale of Florence, SC and Dalton W. Truesdale of Camden; sister Jean Sellers of Lugoff; brother James Cliatt, Jr. (Kay) of Camden; sister Mary Ann Timmons of Elgin, SC; brother Robert Cliatt (Kaye) of Lexington, SC; and brother Paul Cliatt (Mary) of Hope Mills, NC.

In addition to her parents, Dorothy was predeceased by her brothers, Joseph Cliatt and Benjamin Cliatt; and her great-granddaughter, Ava-Kate Carter.
