Richard Wayne Osmer, 83, passed away on Monday, May 27, 2024 . Born September 04, 1940, in Plymouth, Vermont, he was the son of the late Priscilla Sweet Osmer and Ernest Osmer, Sr. He resided in Vermont until 1991, Texas from 1991-1994 and then finally settled in to South Carolina in 1994 where he lived the remainder of his life. He worked as a maintenance man for Camden Condos before retiring in 2015 He was a faithful member of Lugoff Church of God. He enjoyed cooking, baking, watching bird and deer, being outdoors, fishing, gold panning in Vermont and auctioneering.

Left to cherish his memories is his sons, William Richard Osmer, Victor Shawn Osmer (Nora) and Wayne Ernest Osmer; daughters, Corinna Baker (Glenn) and Melissa Lynds (Michael); 5 grandchildren; 6 great- grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his wife of 54 years, Edith Marie Blanchard Osmer; and brother, Ernest Osmer, Jr.
