Eddie Cauthen, Sr. Obituary

Mr. Eddie Dean Cauthen was the son of the late James L. and Mattie M, Cauthen.  He was born in Sumter County, South Carolina, on March 20, 1955, and entered into eternal life on MA 5, 2025, at Prisma Health Richland Hospital. 

Dean loved his family and friends. Even though he spent his later year in Columbia, he still asked, talked to and visited when every he could.  He was especially proud of his grandchildren and made every attempt to celebrate their accomplishments.

Those left to cherish his loving memories are his children, Eddie (Quianna) Cauthen of Columbia, South Carolina and Ericka Cauthen of Camden, South Carolina; a bonus daughter, Lakia Williams of Elgin, South Carolina; three grandchildren, Nataya, Sebastian and Kynnedy; four brothers, David Cauthen of Camden South Carolina, S. Darnell (Laverne) Cauthen, Donald (Valerie) Cauthen and Dale (Thomasenia) Cauthen all of Rembert, South Carolina; a sister, Sherry (George) Spann of Winston Salem, North Carolina; one aunt, Beulah H. Dixon of Rembert, South Carolina and a host of nieces, nephews, many dear cousins and friends.
